Rationale

Ninety percent of all mental health problems are dealt with in primary care; fifty percent of people with severe or enduring mental health problems are dealt with in primary care. Prescribing in primary care is therefore of central importance to the provision of mental health services.

Band 1 - poor greater than 12.13
Band 2 less than or equal to 12.13 and greater than 9.65
Band 3 less than or equal to 9.65 and greater than 7.08
Band 4 less than or equal to 7.08 and greater than 5.63
Band 5 - good Less than or equal to 5.63
